As December unfolds, FEAP acknowledges the unique challenges the holiday season often brings. This time of year can be filled with heightened stress—balancing social obligations, managing relationship dynamics, and sometimes working through grief or change. While the holiday season is often celebrated for its cheer, it can also stir complex emotions, ranging from stress and anxiety to feelings of sadness, loneliness, or frustration.
FEAP is here to offer support and resources to help you navigate the complexities of this season. Whether you’re facing overwhelming expectations, seeking balance, or managing emotional triggers, we are committed to providing tools and assistance for you during this time.
As we near the close of the year and prepare to step into the next, I send my warmest wishes to each of you. May you find the strength and support needed to embrace the season’s challenges and look forward to what lies ahead with renewed hope and clarity.
Yours in well-being,
Beth Danehy, Director, FEAP
