R3: Four Elements Restorative Practice

In this meditation, we explore the four elements—earth, air, water, and fire—for effective stress relief.

Begin by getting comfortable and feeling the support of your chair. Visualize a strong tree with deep roots anchoring you to the earth, providing stability and connection.

Next, rise to the tree's top and breathe in clear, pure air, noticing your body’s movement with each breath. As you exhale, imagine blowing a dandelion puff into a gentle breeze, helping to lower cortisol levels and inviting relaxation.

Allow your thoughts to flow freely, then gently refocus on your breath. This practice incorporates the grounding of earth and the centering of air, setting the stage for connecting with the element of water.
